The Project Management style of Enterprise Delivery is to be as agile and as iterative as possible but tailored to what is acceptable to the customers exiting Delivery framework and organisation culture. ScrumMaster certification in agile practices coupled with Prince2 certification in more traditional forms of project management enables the correct balance to be quickly achieved.


  • Development of agile experience and capability over the years has led to an Enterprise Delivery specialism in Agile Project Management including Scrum.
  • This agile preference is driven mainly from experiencing high customer demands for visibility, engagement, strong governance and for customer team integration to enable benefits realisation and early customer self sufficiency with the delivered solution.
  • Enterprise Delivery views the Project Management service, as it’s central activity. This is where the synthesis occurs and where the Delivery activities are focussed on the solutions and the benefit realisation.
